Ayurveda and yoga gently help you release tension, quiet the mind, and free yourself from the weight of old patterns, stress, and discomfort — guiding us back to a place of ease.
Life is meant to be savored. Through gratitude, mindfulness, and self-care we awaken the senses and reconnect with the simple joys of everyday living.
Aligning with the wisdom of Ayurveda nurtures the body, calms the mind, and uplifts the spirit — making space for healing, joy, and deep well-being.
More than posture — living in rhythm with ourselves and the world. Through mindful movement, breath, and ritual we cultivate vitality and ease.
A mother of four and educator for over 25 years, Pattiejean followed her love of yoga through 200- and 300-hour teacher trainings, meditation certification, and AyurYoga study. At 60, she returned to school to become a certified Ayurvedic Practitioner at the Ayurvedic Institute — then deepened her work with massage therapy and Level 2 Marma training in Las Vegas.
After losing her daughter, aunt, husband, and father within a single year, yoga and Ayurveda became her lifeline. That journey shapes the heart of her work today: she holds gentle, sacred space for those moving through grief, weaving therapeutic touch, breath, and compassionate presence into healing that meets you exactly where you are. Today she sees clients at Bliss Spa & Salon in Las Vegas, and online.
